The Philosophical Disillusionment: Why We Reached This Point

Also, pay attention to Ethereum's own roadmap. If danksharding is fully implemented and enables native rollup interoperability, the fragmentation problem may ease. But that is at least 12-18 months away. In the meantime, the chaotic surface will continue.

The deeper lesson is one of humility. We are building a new financial system, but we are still human. We are still tribal, still competitive, still short-sighted. The code is deterministic; the people are not. And that is the fracture no zk-proof can paper over.
